Tracy Kitchen holds a PhD in Linguistics and Applied Language Studies, with research interests primarily in discourse analysis and its intersection with education. Drawing on her experience as a former Augmenting Lecturer, Tracy now works in Student Academic Development at 新万博体育下载_万博体育app【投注官网】, coordinating projects such as the Augmenting Programme and the Academic Literacies Toolkit. She is also actively involved in tutoring and mentoring development and is a core member of the Siyaphumelela Team at Rhodes 新万博体育下载_万博体育app【投注官网】. Tracy is dedicated to student development and committed to ensuring equitable access to the academic, disciplinary, and literacy knowledge necessary for university success.
