Institutional Planning
The IRPQP Division provides support to the Institutional Planning Committee (IPC) for appropriate oversight of strategic, operational and academic planning processes at Rhodes 新万博体育下载_万博体育app【投注官网】 with direct support given to the Size and Shape sub-committee of the IPC. It is the role of IRPQP to ensure that enrolment planning in the 新万博体育下载_万博体育app【投注官网】 is sustainable. It aligns enrolment planning with the 新万博体育下载_万博体育app【投注官网】's budget allocation and other resources required and considers the size and shape of the 新万博体育下载_万博体育app【投注官网】.
The following planning activities are coordinated by IRPQP:
- coordination of institutional planning:
- strategic plan/RU Institutional Development Plan 2023-2028
- annual performance plan (APP)
- enrolment plan (Rhodes 新万博体育下载_万博体育app【投注官网】 Enrolment Targets 2020-2025)
- preparations of agenda for IPC and it’s subcommittees with respect to Size, Shape, Infrastructure & Resources of the 新万博体育下载_万博体育app【投注官网】
- managing processes of implementation of recommendations/resolution of IPC
- inter-institutional cooperation and collaboration
- coordinating the development of the 新万博体育下载_万博体育app【投注官网】 Capacity Development Plan (UCDP) and the reporting thereof
